The Kensington StudioDock is a multifunctional desktop accessory that magnetically docks an iPad and a Qi wireless charging pad for your entire Apple ecosystem. Add in various built-in ports to make it a unique workstation with accessory expansion and functionality.

Combining the iPad with the Apple-looking aluminum StudioDock forms a desktop workstation, almost similar to having an iMac. When the iPad is docked and connected to the USB-C port, it can be positioned in landscape or portrait mode.

The StudioDock is AC-powered. On the back is a 3.5mm headphone/microphone port, three USB-A 3.1 ports, an HDMI video port, and a Gigabit Ethernet port. An SD memory card slot (UHS-II SD 4.0) is on the side. The built-in USB ports can connect keyboards, mice and external drives to help form the complete workstation.

On the base is a Qi wireless charging pad for 7.5-watt iPhone charging and 5-watt AirPod charging. An optional 5-watt charging module for the Apple Watch Series 7 ($69.99) will be available later this year.

Kensington lists comparability with iPads with USB-C ports, including the 2021 iPad Pro 12.9-inch ($399.99), 2018 and 2020 iPad Pro 12.9-inch, 2018, 2020 and 2021 iPad Pro 11-inch and the 2020 iPad Air ($379.99). The USB-C charging speed is 37.5 watts, rated as up to 108% faster than the Apple 18-watt charger.

This is a great-looking device, but the functionality to build a complete workstation with specific iPads is what makes it special.

LinearFlux’s new HyperSonic 360 is a 10-in-1 true wireless headphone system that includes an integrated wireless charging power pack and storage for the earbuds.

LinearFlux lists the 10-in-1 device as the mono earpiece, magnetic mount technology, USB-C port, USB-A port, MagSafe charging, 3D Hyper Definition sound, 360-plus hours of playtime, simultaneous charging, home and car dock compatibility.

The travel-friendly all-on-one accessory has Bluetooth true wireless earbuds stored at the end of the battery. The Qi and MagSafe charging is built into the battery for compatible wireless charging devices. With charging cables, the USB-A port has 15 watts of power and 20 watts in and out for the USB-C connection.

The battery has two-way magnetic charging, making it easy to mount into a magnetic desk or car smartphone holder (not included). The magnetic system allows a smartphone to easily attach on and off with magnets and connect to wireless charging.

A display on the battery shows the charging percentage, and a HyperMag micro-USB recharging cable is included along with alignment strips. The true wireless earbuds are iPX6 sweat- and water-resistant protection and produce over 360 hours of playtime with portable power. A five-minute recharge of the earbuds provides up to one hour of playtime.

The true wireless earbuds produce hyper definition 3D sound, and have built-in microphones for hands-free calls. Four sizes of pillow-soft ear-tips are included. Touch controls on the earbuds work well for play, track selection, volume and access Siri and Google voice assistants.

Chargeasap referred to the Flash Pro Plus portable power bank in a recent press release as the world’s most powerful power bank with 25000 mAh of portable power and 190 watts of combined power to charge up to six devices simultaneously.

Testing shows the Flash Pro Plus, which is engineered for Apple users, can charge a 13-inch Macbook 1.3 times or an iPhone 12 Pro 7 times. The battery is portable (6.24-by-3.4-by-1.12 inches) and durable with a 2,000-use life cycle, about four times longer than most standard batteries.

The battery has three USB-C ports that have an output of 100 watts of power delivery out, 20 watts and 60 watts, respectively, and the USB-A port has 50 watts of output. In addition to the ports, there’s a 15-watt Mag Safe wireless charger built into the side for charging Apple-enabled charging iPhones. Below that charger is a 5-watt Apple Watch wireless pad.

You can charge up to six devices simultaneously if the wattage needed is not greater than the Flash Pro Plus’s output. With pass-through charging (charging the battery itself), up to five devices can be charged together while the battery is being brought back to life.

A 1.3-inch OLED screen displays in actual time how fast devices are being charged with real-time charging battery percentage and power output from each port. A smart chip has safety features to determine how much power is needed in each port and detects and charges low-powered devices such as smartwatches or earbuds.

Android and Apple users with Qi wireless charging devices will find the Flash Pro 15-watt model ideal with its built-in Qi wireless charging pad.

The rest of the Flash Pro features mirror the Flash Pro Plus with the ports and battery power. They are both made with aircraft-grade aluminum shells and have over current/voltage/temperature and short circuit protection.
